The current world situation—a pandemic coupled with wide-spread protesting—has magnified an environment of fear that threatens both safety and trust. It is difficult to remain grounded and centered in such an environment, and the stress that ensues can have damaging effects on us. We must do everything we can to keep ourselves immersed in love, knowing that no matter what circumstances surround us, we are spiritually immortal beings who are always safe wherever we are in the universe. This episode offers a variation on an old theme for reducing fear and reconnecting to love.
